“We have to send custom packages regularly, which is not an easy process. It is lengthy for the workers and requires the sender to also provide meticulous detail. The staff here are incredible and always help me through the process patiently and accurately. I was just recently here on a Saturday morning and the person helping me was so wonderful in this long process. The only other person working with them was in the middle of completing two passport appointments, which is also a very long process to complete. That worker was doing an excellent job.It is incredible how rude this community can be. This created a long line behind us…. The other people waiting were complaining and almost yelling at the manager who came out to offer additional assistance. I understand long waits are frustrating. Having to do deal with a loved one being overseas, and the post office being one of your only forms of contact, is frustrating, too. Those employees were doing an incredible job and there was no need for a riot. Pitiful behavior.”
