“We broke down at the gas station and the first towing company I called mentioned they were an hour and 45 minutes away. He then recommended me to call Billy's towing and I'm so glad I did. We had been dealing with a battery issue and honestly just wanted to go home. Instead of him just towing it to the house he asked us what was wrong with the car, after we explained he was not only able to give us a jump but was able to confirm with his tester that it was the alternator,which we were on our way to have it checked when we broke down. He followed us to make sure we got home safe, and for that I am so grateful especially because we had my niece in the car. I highly recommend Billy's towing! Thank you again for your help!”
