“I have always loved going to Big Lots ever since I was a child, my mother would take my sister and I and we would always find the neatest things! Now as a grown woman with a daughter of my own we love to go to Big Lots, even with my mother still going with me we just bought two very nice Pop-up Sun Shelters for our backyard to go over our pool, even though we only need one we will take back the other one and I'm sure Big Lots will be happy to give us a refund (I'll keep you posted) we will still be satisfied with Big Lots customer service because they have always been super nice and so helpful!! If you haven't been to this Big Lots I recommend you go you won't be disappointed!”

“The place is clean and the women be nice but alot of times they have attitudes which could cause a customer to get angry quick,so they should always wear a smile dispite how there day is going. Wait on the customer instead of rushing them being overly aggressive!! But overall it's a good day when I go”

“The staff at our Dollar General in Ford City is phenomenal! They help in any way they can. They go above & beyond helping people...they will do whatever it takes to find the answers to our questions. They are more like friends who happen to work at DG than DG Clerks. Other stores should come to ours and learn how to be a clerk.”

“I stopped by on the way to the splash pad to get my daughter some swim shoes.The store was a little crowded with stuff everywhere, but I was pleased that I found exactly what I was looking for..The store seemed to be stocked well. I wish I hadn't been in a hurry and had more time to look around.”
“Very helpful young man stopped what he was busy doing to come help me look for an item I couldn't locate. Turns out they were sold out. But the friendliness and helpfulness made up for the out of stock item! 3 other Dollars Generals in the area were also sold out of the product.”
“I come here a few times a month. The staff is amazing. One employee even helped me pick out cleaning supplies that she personally knew worked for the issue I was having. They are all very professional and take their job seriously. Again, all the employees there are so nice.”
“So yeah, it's a DG. Lol. The employees are very friendly but the store is kind of a mess and you literally have to go through the stock boxes yourself to find what you need. It's like they just set the boxes around in the right section and let the customers get it themselves. Could be worse, I guess. And they are probably short handed like everyone nowadays. 4 stars because the people are nice.”

“Prices keep going up along with everything else due to "inflation." Most of the stores look like an army of 2nd graders ran through them, but also I know a lot of the stores are having a hard time getting people to work. The are things in the stores that are still a dollar but it's getting to where some of the high totals I've heard the cashier say to people along with hardly having anything in their buggy is getting crazy. What a time to be alive.”

“I am here this store almost every single day, sometimes twice a day and the staff is always friendly and helpful! If I ever need help finding anything or if I have any questions their definitely on top of it and help as needed. So glad this store is close to my house and that they have the items I need.
