“So new delivery driver....Did an amazing job!! Super excited to have a competent delivery driver. She went out of her way to find me. Even went driving through my field...haha that's what I'm talking about. Bravo 👏 and thank you! P.S. everyone be sure to bug Pat at the post office. He enjoys it!”

“This is the best Post Office location in the entire Quad-Cities area. The people are friendly and efficient, the service is fast, and they will usually go out of their way to help you. I live in Florence and make the drive to Muscle Shoals for the friendly service. Truly a model of what a Post Office should be.”

“I previously made a review saying how terrible the service was, however when I went most recently they were actually very helpful and nice. Would’ve been 5 stars but I did have issues with getting mail and packages delivered this past week. But they actually delivered my missing packages (that had been marked as refused for some reason????) the same day I went there and told them so amazing service! Way better than the past times we’ve been! Thanks”
