“I previously made a review saying how terrible the service was, however when I went most recently they were actually very helpful and nice.
Would’ve been 5 stars but I did have issues with getting mail and packages delivered this past week. But they actually delivered my missing packages (that had been marked as refused for some reason????) the same day I went there and told them so amazing service! Way better than the past times we’ve been!

“This is the best Post Office location in the entire Quad-Cities area. The people are friendly and efficient, the service is fast, and they will usually go out of their way to help you. I live in Florence and make the drive to Muscle Shoals for the friendly service. Truly a model of what a Post Office should be.”
