I love shopping at guess store. But the online orders. I want do it again, My package is missing, Guess saying they sent it. Ups showing they didn’t send it. Only thing it’s showing is that they created a label. So I am in a dispute with ups. Trying to make a claim to get my my refund or my order. NEVER AGAIN

The employees where on the phone when we entered the store and didn't even looked up, later when we looked for someone to open the dressing room she was extremely rude and totally ignored me when I asked a question and just walked away. Totally bad customer service
