“Today I took my wife to lunch and then for her birthday there was one thing I needed to take care of and it was a trip to Skechers Outlet #326 at the Leeds Outlet.she had her sights on a particular pair of shoes. Chelsea helped her find her size and was required to climb to the top steps of their ladder and retrieve the shoes. While ringing it up she noted the sale on 50% off the second pair and my wife made a bee line to the another pair she was looking out. After adding that pair to the total Chelsea reminded me of the accumulated points I had and we took that amount off the price. I left happy and my wife left happy. Chelsea is a sharp person and an employee I would like to have on my team. Thank you Chelsea. Don’t lose the professionalism. It is hard to come by now days.”
“Arzel and NuWear are the same chain. These stores offer a more upscale line of fashion for your urban male fashion. I find it hard to attain clothe that fit my style but these two stores carry from a basic to a flashy style on dress. Today I purchased vests and pants. They carry the thin leg to the wider leg pants. I found what I needed with no alteration needed. This is one of my go to places when I want new clothes”
“I did not catch the sales person's name but she was wonderful to work with and very helpful. We picked out two pairs of shoes, a belt, three pairs of socks, and she gave us some excellent tips on wear and care. Id highly recommend this store for your elevated casual shoe or formal shoe needs.”
“I ordered a pair on converse for pickup, and quite honestly… I cheated myself out of the full benefit of a genuinely outstanding customer service experience. Of course, the staff made the pickup super convenient and efficient. But the customer service makes you want to spend more time in the store. They have even offered to place available items on hold and with the how crazy retail service has been in the past few years, having a staff take the time and effort to make a personal connection past the initial transaction is what I have been missing when I shop. Which is why I ordered online for pickup to begin with. So thanks again, MJ and Helen! Until next time.

“I'm not good with names but they have some really good sales reps there. The gentleman that helped me if he could have got away with it. He would have sold the whole store. I appreciate the attentiveness he gave making certain I received what I was looking for. And whatever they didn't have he suggested some items and it was perfect. I purchased a couple pairs of shoes, thank you for your kindness”
“I'm not a huge fan of outlet shopping but my nephew wanted to visit this store recently. He was able to a find a jacket on clearance that he really liked. There were many clearance items to browse through for everyone. Some of the clearance items were decently priced but some of the prices were higher than I think they should have been. The sales associate who took care of us , Dalton was extremely personable and a delight to engage with. I may go back for a visit just to talk to him!”

“Great experience. They have a bathroom they let my three year old use in the store! It was like a miracle. Weird thing is for a store as big and busy as they are, they only have one dressing room. Really helpful staff highly recommend.”
