The worst attitude ..specially the lady in front..most likely the manager. She billed us a couple of days back and forgot to take the security tag off. We came in today to get that out and she started behaving really rude with us!! She did take it off because we had the recipt after giving us attitude.
Really really bad customer service. You guys should be ashamed.

I am here visiting the store now the staff memeber Reign
has terrible customer service and dress inappropriate , reported to management . She need to be reprimand staff reign tried to disowned her statement until she was asked to repeat what she stated to active buying customers.

The cashiers are very talkative and the ace taxi driver treated my friend very badly just for asking how to get the points card….and she ran my friend away for saying nothing more than because she treated her like that she told her to get out…

I love shopping at guess store. But the online orders. I want do it again, My package is missing, Guess saying they sent it. Ups showing they didn’t send it. Only thing it’s showing is that they created a label. So I am in a dispute with ups. Trying to make a claim to get my my refund or my order. NEVER AGAIN

The employees where on the phone when we entered the store and didn't even looked up, later when we looked for someone to open the dressing room she was extremely rude and totally ignored me when I asked a question and just walked away. Totally bad customer service

I was very upset with their return policy. I bought two shirts one weekend when they had buy 1 get 1 50% off. 1 shirt for my son and 1 for my husband. Went back the next weekend to EXCHANGE the shirt for my husband for a smaller size. Same shirt...just a medium instead of a large. They were going to make me pay the difference in price. Clearly on my receipt it can be seen that I purchased two shirts with the deal they had going on and I wasn't trying to return the shirt, get a different type of shirt, or get over on them. I just wanted to exchange for the same shirt...smaller size. In essence, they would not honor their own price. I left and will never shop Guess again.

So disrespectful, I asked about a dress that was in the window of course they didn’t have the size I wanted on the rack which was a small so I proceed to look at the dress in the window & the cashier rudely & loudly said I couldn’t be back there which is fine but it’s an nicer way to say things. They loss a customer forever & money that could’ve been spent with them. Never shopping here again. Cashier attitude is horrible
