“I had an excellent experience with Wiggins Insurance. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain my coverages so I actually understood what I was paying for. That level of care and attention is hard to find these days.
I also want to address something I saw in another review—there was a claim that they use an answering service, and that is simply not true. It’s disappointing to see what looks like competitors leaving misleading or slanderous comments. My experience was completely genuine, personal, and handled directly by their team.
