“My car needed a new radiator, and I was quoted a price over the phone. I agreed to that price for parts and labor. After the work was completed, I was notified there was an extra $140 charge for something about my AC and the freon that had to be done to replace the radiator. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was informed there was an extra 4% charge to use a credit card. If I had known beforehand, I would have brought cash or check. I live 30 minutes away, and they were closing up for the day. I do not have a problem paying for services rendered, but I would like to be informed up front. I have no issues with the work that was done, and it was done in a timely manner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Flash towing is a family oriented business who appreciate the men and women who have served our country. Due to the State of Texas leaving up detour signs that led me down a CR to another detour sign telling me to turn around I found myself in a ditch. Flash towing came out with their trucks and treated me like I was someone in their family. They were super kind and worked with me on getting my truck out of the ditch. They handled my truck and trailer as if it was theirs. They came up with a plan that kept my truck right side up and my payload still intact. I pull a flatbed as you will see in the pics. After getting me out of the ditch they even stayed behind so I could follow them out because of the construction and signs that are false telling on the direction you need to take. By the time it was all over and the way they made me feel I wanted to go have dinner with them and see if I couldn't get a stocking over the chimney. I give this place 5+ stars If you or myself needs a wrecker service in the future you should call them and feel like part of the family. Give Buzyy a call and tell him Louie sent ya!”

“I didn't get any work done here but I found the owner helpful and got several names and numbers of trades people that I need to meet with. Should I need any body work you can bet that this will be the first place I will come see.”
