“One time I mailed my electric bill here but for some reason it wasn't mailed so I came back here to ask if they can look around and look under the can for the mail. The lady said she would never leave mail under the can, well when she looked under the can my letter was there and with no apologies this was the last time I came here..”

“I have a small business and I ship a lot of things thru the postal service. The Rogersville post office is my favorite place to go. The staff is so friendly and Traci has always been so helpful and she finds me the best way to ship my items and save money! I would recommend this post office 10/10 times to anyone.”
