Very pleased with the new high speed internet. Half Acre, AL had entered the 21st Century! Installation was easy. Everyone in the store, the contractors, and the installers were professional, helpful, & friendly.

Horrible internet. paying for 15mbps but rarely, if ever, get a solid 1mbps. staff is no help either. waited 2 and a half years for fiber optic and now that the line is out ill probably wait another 2 years to have someone actually come out and hook it up in the house. just get satellite internet it'll be better in the end.

So tired of waiting. Everything takes forever. Can't use 2 devices at once without apps like Netflix or Hulu crashing every 2 minutes. What the hell am I paying $50 a month for? I know "loading"
