“I was very pleased with the service provided. And will continue to use them for all of my mechanical needs, as well as recommend them to all my friends and family. The price was fair, the service was fast, and my van has never run better!”
“I’d recommend this shop to anyone. Scott and his guys did a great job replacing my transmission and turbo with a good turnaround time, at a very reasonable price.”
“John and Jeff done and excellent job on fixing my 2024 equinox it was done in a timely manner paint job is great they keep us informed on everything I highly recommend them”
“ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR PHILLIP! What a guy!! I’ve never talked to an employee SO knowledgeable. He hooked my car up to a scanner and before he even looked at the results he knew what was wrong with it., he had showed me that it needed a coil pack and spark plug, explained to me how easy it was to do and I had it fixed in the parking lot in no time and back on the road. I am genuinely impressed at his extensive knowledge, how respectful and polite he was and going above and beyond to help me. I am very confused as to why he is not a manager or even higher up? With 45 years of experience in the service industry, that is the most valuable employee you have, do not lose him.”

“Met my wife at the Springville Alabama Advance Auto Parts store after she had to be jump started leaving her work. I wish I new all their names but everyone was so helpful! Manuel was about to get off work but he stayed to replace her battery. The Woman had fully checked our alternator and battery and correctly diagnosed the problem. We are happy customers and always buy our parts here. Thank you all!”

“They have come to scoop up a few of my s**t beaters around town. I'm thankful for them and have found the owner to be very reasonable on both wrecker service and used parts. 10/10 would recommend for both. ?”

“I can say that they are honest about their parts. They will tell you the actual miles of the parts you are buying. You can also purchase extended warranty’s on major used parts which is nice because it can include labor too. This helps on repair cost down the road. They do their best to make sure you get a good part upfront.”

“Surprised by this little store, they have decent prices on store brand items and very good and knowledgeable service. Selection is good as well, I've been shocked a few times that they've had a part already in stock. If you're local it's worth checking here for parts first before driving 30 or more minutes to get to a big name store.”
