He hooked my car up to a scanner and before he even looked at the results he knew what was wrong with it., he had showed me that it needed a coil pack and spark plug, explained to me how easy it was to do and I had it fixed in the parking lot in no time and back on the road. I am genuinely impressed at his extensive knowledge, how respectful and polite he was and going above and beyond to help me. I am very confused as to why he is not a manager or even higher up? With 45 years of experience in the service industry, that is the most valuable employee you have, do not lose him.”
