When you call the automated system to check your balance, you need to know your account number. Who knows their account number other than my grandmother? “Mrs Paula . The branch manager is by far the best person I have ever dealt with at any bank hands down.
I first met her 3 years ago and ever since every time I walk into her bank she still greats me by my name, that is unheard of these days.
I recently completed a survey that was sent to me by PNC bank. I answered the questions a 100% accurate on what I felt about PNC. ( not these branch) as a small business owner I had to find another bank to help me with expenses and tools that I needed to succeed.
But I just want to make it clear that the Spanish Fort branch is where I bank at personally and so does everyone I recommend personally family, friends and all my employees that has direct deposit.
It’s clear to say I’m not to fawn of PNC business account I have but nothing can match the personal account and our personal relationship with Mrs Paula!!!”

“I love Alabama Credit Union. Always friendly and professional. This was not a fun visit. They were great but my ex-roommate apparently took the liberty of using my debit card to buy over $400.00 at various places while we were living together. She would take my card out of my wallet apparently and put it back while I was sleeping. After overdraft fees (& AL CU gave me a couple back) so far as I know she cost me about $550.00.Good bank, bad experience. Sleep with your debit card! ✌️? ??”

“I give a 4 star because mine and my wife's experience with this branch was very pleasant but I still don't like Regions as a whole with their policies. I keep Regions because I travel and there is usually a Regions present.So if you already have a Regions account, here at this location they have been very nice and helpful but beware of Foley location, rude and entitled.If you do not have a Regions account, don't do it bro unless you have too. Woodforest is great because they are open later and open on Saturdays and Alabama Credit Union is overall outstanding.”
