“I wish I could give more stars! My German Shepherd pup has been a regular patient here for several months. Every time he comes here, he is so happy and loves all of the staff. All of the staff are so loving and kind to all of the animals, not just mine. Last night I had to take my baby to the ER for gastrointestinal issues and it was a long night to say the least. Today, 15 minutes before this office opens, I was texted by the office number asking if my pup was ok because they saw in his records that he had been to the ER last night. Wow… I have never had a vet office check in after an emergency for my pet. I took my pup in for a follow up appointment this morning, and they had to stick a tool in his rectum to see if he had an intestinal blockage. Normally my dog is very high energy and may try to nip when he is uncomfortable, but he laid in the arms of the staff and whimpered and cuddled against them while they held him down. This shows me that my pup has a lot of trust and love for the staff here, because he is very expressive and he communicates his emotions very loudly through his behaviors. I have had dogs over the years and I have had many different vets across this country, and none of them were as kind, compassionate, as good at diagnosing, and as good at their job as Dr. Gill is. I have told my husband that we are so lucky to have such excellent vet care nearby, and I wouldn’t dream of taking our baby anywhere else. I never want to move for fear that I wouldn’t find as good care anywhere else for my pup! Take your fur baby here, you won’t regret it.”

“The staff is amazing. My dog goes right back with any of them without hesitation and he never leaves my side normally. They are so sweet to him. (130lb Rotty) The vets and the techs are so knowledgeable I never have to question anything they tell me to do for him. They had to do emergency surgery on him his first visit because our regular vet couldn’t get him in and we switched that day to make them our permanent vet. We are very grateful for them”

“Our usual vet would not see our pet with an injury, which we considered an emergency, due to no appointment made and they were busy. SFAC I highly recommend. The staff were very kind and helpful. We appreciate the vet and her technician for taking the time to help us with our senior dog. They did not try to up-sale anything to us! Thank you!”

Dr. Bercier suggested we try stem cell therapy, and the improvement has been incredible. Maddie's gone from being nearly crippled at her worst, to now having pain-free confident movement. She can run and play like a healthy dog, which is so gratifying! Based on our experience, I can't recommend this highly enough.”

I was late to my appointment, but Robin and Sydney were able to get me a spot right in with Dr. Anderson, who did a wonderful job. He was very gentle, as well as the lady helping him, Madison. “This was our first visit and we were thoroughly impressed with Eastern Shore Pet Hospital!! Our 74# beast beagle Dexter hates going to the doctor. When Dr Jennifer walked in I think he fell in love ?!! It has always taken at least three or four people to sit on top of him for the doctor to look inside of his ears safely, but not today, he just sat there and let her look without fighting at all❣️ I was in total disbelief, I just could not hardly believe that he was letting her do it that easy. Since our other vet has retired, this is our first time seeing someone new….I think we’ve found a new Vet!!”

“5 stars doesn’t even begin to describe the exceptional care and treatment my dog gets every time I take her here. I was able to get her seen immediately by Dr Hudson for what turned out to be a uterine infection that I imagine would have been way worse had she not been seen so soon. Dr Hudson and the incredible team at Bay Animal Clinic have been so kind and caring through the whole stressful process of my dog needing emergency surgery and I was able to have her checked out, through surgery, and on the road to recovery all in the same day and even getting follow up calls to check on how she’s doing. The greatest feeling to have is knowing that your dog’s comfort and best interest isn’t just your priority but theirs too. I would spend an endless amount of money for my baby but I am grateful that their pricing even for something like an emergency surgery was beyond reasonable and not feeling like you’re being taken advantage of. I could go on and on about this place but I just want them to know they have a forever customer in me and Jellybean! Thank you Bay Animal Clinic for the amazing care you always provide!”

“Took my dog Bentley to the Fairhope Animal Clinic. We did just a regular yearly physical exam and fecal test. Going to the vet is never a fun experience for him but he did so well. Dr James was very kind and great with making Bentley feel comfortable. The front desk lady was very helpful and sweet. Everything was super fast we were in and out in just 12 minutes.. Will definitely bring him back in future, thank you for a great experience. Also he loved watching the cars go by in the waiting room window.”

I've gone through a really rough time with one of my felines with little to no answers on her condition before coming to Dr Powe for her help. My only regret is NOT coming to her sooner. “Dr. Horne has treated our 11 year old and 3 year old Australian Shepherds since they were puppies. She is very professional and knows what she is doing. We have also used her boarding services and she has come in on off days to allow us to pick up our dogs on the weekends, outside of normal hours.”
