I read some out of curiosity and can honestly say in 10 years we have never experienced anything but the absolute best service in every area. Every doctor, every employee, every everything. We could not be more pleased.
They all seem to have pets and clearly love them. We moved 5 years ago and there is no Banfield here. We drive 1-2 hrs., depending on traffic, to the nearest one in Spanish Fort for a reason. We love Dr. Ederer, Cheyenne, Sarah, Beth, etc. The Wellness Plan is wonderful and has saved us so much money over the years. Plus, we can always call with questions and they are always friendly and helpful. We would use someone where we live now but we are just too happy where we are! We experienced the same level of service when we lived in Mobile. Jo and Lisa are amazing! I was an inexperienced pet owner and they helped me raise mine when he was a puppy.?”
