“I was driving to West Palm by the way of Panama City when my truck blow a brake line. We made it into a Dollar General. They told me where this store was. When I got there, they bent over backwards to help my son and I get on the road again. They got a shop next door owned by thier son to help. He tried and said he could not get the part for 3 days. But he drove us to the next town so we could get a rental car. So I was able to make my trip. When I got back he drove over and met me at the rental car place to take me back to his shop. I expected it was going to cost me a arm and leg. But when I got the bill he treated me very fair. I can not say enough good things about them. Thank you so much!!!!”

“My daughter's car battery died on her way from ATL to FL. Battery was warrantied with Advance. She waited 2 hours for a tow which never came so Advance Store Manager (Perez in Luverne, AL) went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND by driving 20 minutes to the side of a road to replace her battery. He even followed her to nearest auto shop for further diagnosis. Amazing customer service (to this level) is just not found anymore. Thanks so much Perez for taking care of our girl and saving us from the expense of a tow and a new battery. This proves there are still good, trustworthy people in customer service! I highly recommend Advance (specifically the Luverne, AL store). Go there!!!!!!”
