My experience with the bank has been amazing. I have called several times needing help and the customer service has been amazing. One time my card declined and it was the bank's error. They paid me a $25 inconvenience fee. Just for that. My car loan officer is so nice. So far I am so happy I switched my checking account...

Their BLT sandwiches are delicious. They make it almost make it seem like gourmet. My experience was the best experience ever!!!???????????????

I have to drive out of my way to go to any BB&T in town so it is extra frustrating that every single time I drive to this one the ATM is broken. Every. Single. Time. I'm not sure if it's been fixed and just broken again or if it's mever been fixed. So frustrating and thinking about changing banks because of it.
