Ok hotel, it is being renovated, so some of the rooms are newly re done. Rooms are decent sized. Water pressure could be better and price wise is a bit high for the age of the hotel even if renovated rooms.

Me and my family love it here! Any issues we have ever had, they helped right away! Staff is very polite and respectful! I have spent a lot of money here and I don’t regret it at all! My son loves the free Hot chocolate when we take our night stroll to the lobby. Best bang for you buck for-sure!

I want to thank Best Western Madison for making our staying amazing we are not used to the humidity and they went out of their way to put a dehumidifier in our room not to mention how friendly everyone is I will stay at those location from now on thanks guys!!! Until next time
