“The folks at Wolde just finished re-carpeting the upstairs of our home. Bridget was a joy to work with, and Katie was a real pro: offering timely insight and advice during the selection process, then actually being present before, during, and after the actual installation in order to make sure things went smoothly. Special shout-outs to Manuel, Rodyn, and the installation team. Their work was excellent, and their clean-up was well done. Bottom line: the Wolde team did us a great job: our upstairs is gorgeous. Better yet, they treated us like family and were truly a blessing to us: PTL ??. We highly recommend them.”

“I had a great experience with Mitchell Economy Carpets, Inc. In a time when many businesses prioritize profits over people, it was refreshing to work with a company that truly values customer service and honest business practices. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family, not just another transaction. I purchased luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring at a very competitive price; significantly more affordable than other flooring companies I checked in the Huntsville area. Beyond the sale, they took the time to offer helpful installation tips, which I really appreciated. I left the store feeling confident in my purchase and, more importantly, not cheated. That kind of integrity goes a long way. I’ll definitely be returning for future flooring needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend Mitchell Economy Carpets to anyone looking for quality products and trustworthy service.”

“I went into RBC looking for just a scrap piece of carpet so my Rottweiler will start off my living room rug. The two gentlemen in the store (my apologies for not remembering your names) were so nice and found me a piece. I feel like they really did go above and beyond bc they made that scrap piece feel like I was buying ac whole room. They asked for sizing and let me see different sample sizes to make sure they could accommodate. I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you both!”
