    I've been here for 5 and 1/2 years I've had normal maintenance dish problems. Several leaks but it's cuz I live in not so upgraded apartment. The maintenance guy Don is amazing

    I’ve really enjoyed living at Charleston Oaks Apartments. The staff is always friendly and helpful, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is quiet and clean. Great location in Madison too!

    I have lived at Charleston Oaks for two years and have really enjoyed my time here. The community is well-kept, and any work orders I have submitted have always been completed within a couple of days. The maintenance team is very nice and attentive.
