“Swung by a day or so ago to ask about a few services and was sent to Matt. Matt was super helpful and helped me figure out what times would be best to swing by for what I needed. When I came by the service to find the root of my problems was thorough and took hardly any time at all. Matt and Isaac walked me through the issues my car had and helped me make the decision on what was best for my car. After landing on what I wanted to do they had me all set and ready to go within 30minutes.
I’d come to this location before just to be upsold on things my car genuinely didn’t need and its extremely refreshing to have a spot I can go to so close to home. The new staff is wonderful and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need help with my car.”

“Absolutely excellent - the only place in town that really knows what they are doing. Great guys. As a bonus, it's like a business-class lounge at an airport! Massive armchairs, desks if you need that, plenty of internet - I love working there with my laptop when the guys are doing something to one of my cars. A real benefit to Madison. “I have officially switched over to Express oil change for all my future auto needs! I had used Walmart for years to get my synthetic oil changes and the last few times that I had been there, It was going to be 2 to 3 hour waits because they had lack of staff to cover their appointments.
I went across the street to Express Oil change and was greeted immediately pulled my car in and they had me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. They did a thorough check on my fluids, my tires, etc., and I have been very pleased with their work! Great staff! Thank you, Douglas!”
