“Every time I go to Adept Auto I am always amazed at their friendliness and drive to help you. One time I went because my car wasn’t starting, but as soon as it got to the shop it started working. They said they would keep it for a few days to try and figure out why it wasn’t starting before, but they said they couldn’t find anything wrong and DIDN'T CHARGE ME for the inspection! The front desk staff is wonderful and I will definitely be using them for all of my car needs in the future!”

“I was in serious need of tires immediately and didn’t know where to go. I did search online and still felt quite unsure of where to go. As a woman that doesn’t know a lot about cars this type of purchase can be intimidating but Pete the service manager was very comforting. He listened, checked my car and gave me his expert advice based on my budget. I didn’t feel taken advantage of. The service was quick. The place was clean and I like that I was able to see the work being done on my car from the waiting room. Pete also let me know about additional work that my car needed without making me feel pressured to do right away. He educated me and gave me my options. I felt really taken care of and I will return in a couple weeks to get my breaks done and a couple months for more tires. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness. “I would like to start with saying I am not a big review-poster. But Steve was wonderful and deserves recognition.Last week was not fun for me - I was in a major state upset/worry when my car literally wouldn't move. Of course, my issue occurred after any normal business hours and with everyone I described my issue to, they responded with "sounds like the transmission". So I had my car towed to Madison Transmission upon a recommendation from another car shop who said they wouldn't be able to handle the issue. I had to drop my car and called the next day. Steve was able to look at and diagnose the issue within a couple hours, and gave me a call back. Unfortunately, he didn't have the availability to actually fix the issue for 2-3 weeks, but he had taken the liberty of calling around to other shops for me to find someone who could actually fix the problem. Something even more amazing - they didn't charge me for diagnosing the issue!! Even though Madison Transmission didn't actually work on my car, I am so thankful for Steve doing this minor act of kindness for me because it really saved me stress. You see, I live an hour from the location, but was in the area when my car broke. I was highly stressed about the situation and so worried what the cost of repairs was going to be. Steve helped in a big way, and for that - I am thankful! I will absolutely be recommending MT if I can!”

“So this was an experience like no other,let’s start with I was stranded live 35 minutes away I was at work no other options1. I needed a tow, CHECK2. It was after 6pm they closed at 7- no issue3 . I needed a tire, install all… CHECK4 . I wasn’t in the best of moods…——- Jay and Harlene, help me understand it was going to be ok, and it was… and really educating me on why the road hazard coverage is important, I learned the hard way..The End result—— I was able to get my car in running order, I then was able to get back to my job and get home at the end of my shift…Another Great experience with the Pepboys BRAND…The entire staff pitched in to help me have a better Day , and I’m very appreciative…Sadly to I have to add to this review and it’s not positive, I called today 2/1/24 and my call was answered by the rest lady and she wouldn’t allow me to talk act as if she was psychic and knew what I was about to say and then when I asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me and expressed that she was the manager of the shop. Wow one conversation can bring a person perception From 100 to Zero The only reason I’m not changing it from a five star is because my first experience was stellar”

“While visiting our son in Huntsville, Alabama my F150 had a brake failure that made it impossible to drive back to Connecticut.I walked into the Madison service center at around noon without an appointment or call. Glen Smith took care of me immediately. He took in my truck and arranged a ride to my son’s house. He called me a few hours later and said that my truck was ready except for a brake line that was not in stock.The next morning I received a call saying that my truck was ready to go. In less then a day I went from a disabled truck with no idea where to get it fixed to a repaired truck that was ready to drive back to Connecticut for a very reasonable price.
