“Good overall but if your medication is not covered, they won't take discount cards. So they end up being more expensive than other places.
I get it from the owners response, but I did end up paying full retail for my prescription and people should know they don't take discount cards. I will say if your insurance does cover it, they're some of the best prices in town.”
“Ok, so a lot of folks have an opinion of Walmart. I know that there are some things that could be improved, but the Pharmacy is NOT one of them. These folks go out of their way to help and make sure that customers come first. I transferred some prescriptions from another pharmacy and expected to wait a few days for them to be filled. With a couple of hours, I received an email that they were ready for pick-up. When I went to pick them up, the folks behind the counter couldn't do enough to make sure that I had the right prescriptions, quantities, and the pharmacist wanted to make sure that everything was correct. It was a great experience.”

“The team at this pharmacy is absolutely the best. Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Jessica, and the rest of the team always greet me by name. They always get us in and out very quickly, but we never feel rushed if we have a question or need to apply a discount card to our prescription. We have one Dr who drags their feet about getting prescriptions turned in, and the ladies in the pharmacy always help us by calling the Dr's office, and getting the prescription filled as quickly as they can. This is all despite them ALWAYS being busy. I never see them take a break when I'm in the pharmacy. It's rare to get this level of service any more, and even more so from large companies. The team at this pharmacy makes all the difference. I pass at least 5 other pharmacies to get to this one because of the outstanding customer service I receive. I would give them more stars if I could, and I highly recommend you transfer your prescriptions to this pharmacy if you don't use them regularly.”

“Taylor is MY pharmacist. On Jan 15, we were about 4 inches of snow deep and it was still sleeting. My youngest son (2 yrs old) woke up from his nap screaming in pain (ear infection). Our pediatrician was very helpful and did a virtual appointment and was looking for somewhere to call our prescription in with everything closed. I called Publix, which is our normal pharmacy, and talked to Taylor. He said that they were about to close due to the weather as well. He must have heard the need in my voice, because he said he would wait on me to get there. I got on my bike (yes, my bicycle) and raced there and Taylor was waiting on me. He really showed he cared about his clients. 5 out of 5 stars.”

“Update 4/7/18. Another Greta experience! I checked in at the kiosk at 2:57 and was pulling away at 3:03. Woot! I asked the sweet helper, Thrifton, who helped me last time if they could accept tips and he said yes. After all it's sleeting and freezing! So I thanked and tipped him. I told him I always give 5 stars on the survey. He said, with a big grin, that if you mention your loader's name in the survey, the loader get a free steak. So do ask your loader's name and spread the protein love! Thank you walmart pickup!”

“Best pharmacy ever. The staff goes out of their way to help you, especially when there’s any sort of insurance type issue. They will phone insurance and get everything worked out so you get the medications you need. They are always happy, polite, helpful, and caring. We live 20 mins away and closer to some other chain pharmacies but we chose to use the Hughes rd pharmacy because of their professionalism and ability to get the medications we need in a timely manor. We truly appreciate the hard work the pharmacy staff does. They put up with a lot of and deserve a lot of credit for always handling themselves in the most positive and professional manner possible.

“I would definitely give this Kroger five stars. I’ve had such a positive experience here overall.
I recently used their bakery for the first time. I usually go to another well-known grocery store bakery because I love their cakes, but they didn’t offer the Paw Patrol theme I needed. Kroger had more options, so I decided to give them a try.
Before the pickup date, I actually stopped by the bakery in person to touch base about my order. Christy was so helpful and confident that everything would be ready as planned. When I picked up the cupcakes, they actually turned out even better than I had pictured, very cute.
Even at checkout, the associate at self-checkout was incredibly friendly and we ended up chatting for a bit. Every interaction I’ve had has been pleasant.
I also recently had to exchange some expired milk (best by date was 2 days before I purchased but I didn’t notice it), and the process was quick and easy with no hassle at all.
Overall, I’ve consistently had great experiences here and will definitely continue shopping at this location.”

“They are working so hard in this pharmacy, but they took some time today to help us figure out our insurance. They saved us money while making us feel heard and cared for. I’m so glad we get all of our prescriptions through them. Because of COVID, they’ve been short-staffed a few times, which means it has taken a little longer to get our prescriptions. However, I’d rather it take a little longer because that means they’re taking the time to make sure there aren’t any mistakes or problems.”
