They didn’t have any boxes there, so he stopped by Lowe’s and bought me the heavy duty boxes. Additionally, he brought them all to my house. Best customer service I’ve ever had!”

When we arrived, we were told that we should have been sent to an alternative location due to the fact that the manager was currently undergoing chemotherapy. His wife, who also works there but for a different company, took care of us and made sure our reservation was honored at that location so that we didn’t have to go to a different location to pick up the truck.
