A little displeased after reserving my pickup at one place went to pick it up and was told to go to another location approximately 15 minutes up the street I'm going to attach my reservation number with the address and was told to go to a different location

The only issue I had was the lock was hard to read and open. Other than that, the place was very nice and the young lady that checked me out was sweet, helpful and checking out was a breeze.

Never seen a more friendly person at any desk. The gentleman was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I will rate 10 out of 5 stars, that is how good this uhaul location is.
