Employees here are nice and tried to help us. Verizon as a company is terrible. Was promised two free phones last March if we sent in our old phones. Took them to FedEx with our supplied box. No charge for the new phones for the first 3 months as promised. After that, they claimed they never received them. Have spent 2 hours in the store once and 1 hour another time. Have also spent 2 hours on the phone twice. Was promised a call back but never got one. Was told today that nothing could be done.

Complete lack of customer service. Came by on Wednesday afternoon, only 3 employees, with 3 people waiting ahead of us, (2 left due to the long wait time.) Long hair male employee had a bad attitude (I prevented my husband from steeping back and into his path when I seen him get up to walk to the back, my husband apologized and employee just goes uh huh). Customer service was Supreme when it was down the block in the Walmart center. Some people shouldn't work with the public.We also left without being helped.*update 12.28.23* We directly went to the 8955 Madison Blvd store where Christy helped us upgrade one phone and add a new line. She was professional, knowledgeable and made the experience very easy. I suggest going to extra mile to this location for wonderful customer service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Would give zero stars if I could. Signed in, ignored for 30+ minutes despite SEVERAL employees wandering around. Was told only *ONE* employee could help with a purchase so we had to wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. Asked if I could get help with cell phone cases. Told “in a minute” and never bothered to come back but I did see said employee walking around store aimlessly. I’m sure the manager will respond to this review with some generic “I’m so sorry about your experience” garbage. Went to the Verizon on Madison Blvd and was helped immediately and promptly with SUPERB customer service. I will not ever go back to this store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GO TO MADISON BLVD.

We stopped by to check prices for a new phone and it was already late but they still took great care of us. Dakota and Taylor were super nice and made sure to give us a good promotion, our plan ended up being lower than the one we had before

Waited an hour for a rep to get free to help us. Waited 30 minutes for rep to tell us that they couldn’t fix the problem-although we’d explained the problem in detail when we checked in. Asked about a new phone - rep went to the back to get some information. We were told she was waiting on the printer. After 20 minutes more we gave up and left. Were there 2 hours for nothing. Spent 20 mins at the other Verizon store and left with answers and a new phone.

This place is ridiculous. We came in and told the rep at the door we were there to buy a new phone. He put us on the list and told us 15 min wait. We waited for 40 mins for rep to be finished with his customer. After he finished,we thought he was coming to help us,but he walked right past us and started helping a lady that came in 20 mins after us! We decided to just leave. A customer came in as we were leaving and they told him it was a 40 min wait, but they closed in 20 mins, so it was up to him. To do what? Sit there until they closed? Frustrating to say the least. Just tell people they need to come back another time instead of having them wait for nothing and waste their time.

"We will be with you in about 30 minutes" it took 1 1/2 hrs. In-store customer service is just as terrible as over their over the phone customer service.

This store is an absolute joke to deal with. The reps are awful, rude and absolutely unknowledgeable. Aggravating it takes multiple visits to find someone who can even do their job.

Better location than the old store by Walmart. Still has that new store smell lol. Laid out nice and open, easy to find whatever you're looking for with very helpful and friendly employees. I should probably have taken a picture to add. Guess I'll go back.

Was there three times in two days to replace damaged phone:1. Couldn't get helped,2. Told to use the insurance (not applicable)3. Couldn't get helped.T Mobile is directly across the street. I will give them a try.

Heather the manager at this location was wonderful and really helped my wife and I with our issues we were having. She came right over, addressed our problems and got right to business. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs some help. Thank you again!

This store is all around. They are understanding to your issues. Just let them know what’s going on and they will do their best to assist. Jessica the district manager made me feel like a valued customer again. Chad was so laid back and easy to work with. I’m happy to be a VZW customer!

My experience with one of the male store managers was awful. I have talked with him on multiple occasions and he has always been rude. He is the kind of person who gives off a "not my job, not my problem" attitude. He is brash, unhelpful, and unprofessional. This attitude needs to be changed or else this location will loose many customers.
