I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the store and the staff! Especially, (forgive me for not remembering exactly) but the man that helped us his name was either Joseph or Jonathan (can't remember exactly). He was FANTASTIC, helped us tremendously. Connor is the most helpful employee ever! We came in to get new phones and while I'm not super familiar with this sort of thing, he explained everything thoroughly and even spent a lot of time on us making sure that everything was moved over to our new phones successfully. Thanks dude!💪🔥

The team here was truly amazing. Ian Camfield was an awesome sales associate. Not only was he super pleasant and very friendly he helped lower my bill and helped me get a new phone for the lowest out Of pocket cost possible. He took his time and ran numbers and did math to ensure I was getting the best deal I could possibly get. I’m not sure of the manager’s name, but it began to rain while I was purchasing my new phone. The manager insisted on getting my keys to roll my windows up so my vehicle would not be soaked. It was absolutely Coming a downpour he got drenched. He was very happy to do it and was so friendly. He truly went above and beyond normal guest service!!! I work in a customer service industry as well and I know great service when I witnessed it or experience it and this was way beyond great service. Thank you again To the team. Ian.... awesome!!!! I gave him a mess to clean up... multiple shipments, lost in shipping, etc... He handled it all!! With a smile.. he new how to overcome every Verizon hiccup / obstical they threw at him.. and they had a lot of stupid stuff to deal with..

Stopped in for some tech support and received excellent service from Hannah and Joseph. They were able to coordinate several changes on our large family's large plan- even coordinating by phone with the others. It was obvious that both of them were highly trained in the products and services AND had great customer service skills. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed.
