“I ship many Ebay packages through this post office. I started using this Post Office about 6 months ago. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I can't see why the reviews are at a 3.5. Everytime I give them a package, it goes out same day. No delays. Great service.”

“I want to share how impressed I am with Kat at the USPS. She consistently provides exceptional service and always goes the extra mile to help customers. Kat takes the time to listen, shows real consideration for everyone she assists, and handles her work with professionalism and care. Her positive attitude and commitment to excellence make every visit a great experience. She’s truly one of the best employees in the building, and her dedication deserves to be recognized!”

“Almost all of my dealings with this P.O have been great, however there is one employee that is not good with the public at all...So I will not give a bad review because of one employee..”

“A bit small , they need more people to work the windows. I live between foley and magnolia Springs. and they pay some one from Florida to deliver my mail. It should be people from foley alabama and works for foley post office. But the people who I've dealt with there are great people over worked but great people.”

“I’ve never had a better experience with a postal service location than at this one. Everyone is SO kind here, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve shipped stuff for my small business, have a P.O. Box with no issues and always enjoy visiting which is not something people typically would say about a post office. :) thanks to the awesome staff!”

“I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at the Fairhope PO. Not sure why the rating is so low. I find the clerks to be helpful, friendly and patient. It’s not a chore to go to the post office here like it is in some places. 5 stars:-)”
