I've been a member for a couple years only because of convenience it's definitely not because of the quality. They have some of the most lazy and rude employees that I've seen in a long time don't expect any towels or help with anything. There is one kid that is awesome but I think he's part-time.

Been here twice, first time had a good experience so I went back today. I was a little disappointed to find that there were no clean towels to use by the vacuum station. Probably won’t go back because I like to detail my car with the towels after my wash

The young kid that singes you up for the monthly subscription never canceled my subscription for me when he said that he did and they they billed me for an additional month I had to call corporate to get the problem resolved
