“I was driving across country to promote my magazine. We have a really detailed VW that was professionally wrapped with our logo on it, and needed to be washed when I hit Alabama. You know, you just don't know how many bugs are out there until you drive a thousand miles, and then get out and look at your front bumper. I looked up online and tried to find a place that did hand wash only, since the wrap was pretty delicate and found these guys! Super friendly, super thorough, super detailed, these guys are the best! Fast, friendly and awesome service. I wish there were more places like these around, but I'll tell you this, every time I am in Alabama, this is where I'm getting my car washed!”

“Not sure why the reviews are not so good here. First time. Squeezed me in for an exterior clean only. Hand washed. $30 bucks. Very thorough job. In and out job is $90 for a quick detail. Will take about 15 minutes for exterior only assuming no wait. It's a mom and pop setup under the awning of a auto repair shop. I walked the garage place first.”

“They actually careWe were in town to visit some relatives and had some time to kill. Our car was filthy and our family had a coupon for Lee’s Magic Tunnel Car Wash. we had also heard good things from some of our local friends.At first, when we first arrived, the place looked a bit run down. I must admit our expectations were low. As soon as we arrived to the line we were instantly greeted by Ray who was very sweet and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the services provided and very engaged with the customers. So much so that I asked him if he was the owner. It is unusual these days to see employees that actually care about customer service. To our surprise, he replied that he was an employee but that he liked people and really cared about his job. The conversation with him was very refreshing and a great starter for a good customer experience.At the time I was riding with my 8 y/o and, of course, she wanted to stay in the car to see what was so “magical” about the tunnel. This is normally not permitted but Ray understood the ask and made it happen. Everyone was very understanding and helpful with the situation. When we finally went through the tunnel, there is nothing really magical about it, but my daughter still had a blast. We came out of the tunnel and stepped out for the final touches. The guy working on the car spent at least 20 minutes going over every spot. The car sleeps outside and it had some really bad stains that he worked on specifically and kept going back inside to get different products to get them out. After that the car was ready and absolutely spotless.Overall, It was a great experience and we feel like everyone gave their best. Kudos to Ray for being so kind and caring about the customers. We would definitely go back when we’re in town again.”

“I have been a member of this car wash since they opened. I pay for the unlimited membership because it includes the best wash and is a great value. I recently decided to take advantage of it, after many months, and wash my car every Friday. I like a clean car, and until today, I was never disappointed. Until today. I'd given this site 5 stars, but it lost a star today!I went in today and got my car washed, then went to visit my parents. While there, a neighbor cut their grass and my freshly washed car was covered with grass and dirt! Disgusted, I didn't want a dirty car, so I went back to the car wash where I have an unlimited wash membership. I pulled up to the tag reader expecting the gate to open, but it didn't. Frustrated, I thought the machine broke down just as I pulled up to it, when i glanced at the screen and discovered that my unlimited membership does in fact have a limit. It stated that I had reached my daily limit - one wash per day.Now I'm angry, because to me unlimited means unlimited. Fortunately, one of the workers saw me sitting there, and after confirming that I was a member, allowed me to re-wash my car.I'm still very disappointed that unlimited has a different meaning here. The once per day limit was NOT mentioned when I signed up for the membership and is NOT displayed anywhere on the site. I wonder how many other members have been inconvenienced by this unspoken rule? Finding out about it while sitting at the entrance is not acceptable !I must seriously rethink this membership. Heaven forbid something like this happens again.”
“I've been a loyal customer of the Double Bubble touchless car wash in the Huntsville-Madison area for years, and it never disappoints. It's the only self-service, automatic touchless option around, which sets it apart from the rest.Owning a black car, I've always struggled with swirl marks in the paint. Thankfully, this place exclusively uses pressure washing, eliminating that concern.While it's true that a touchless wash may not get every crevice as clean as a brush-based car wash, it does a remarkably good job. A little minor wiping down post-wash, and my car looks impeccable.Trustworthy and effective, I can't recommend this car wash enough for a near-perfect, swirl-free clean.”

I get the monthly pass and don't go crazy but vehicle is usually clean, everyone is very nice and pass is only $30 per month for a 15$ Platinum wash every time yo go, so do the math this is a no brainer (15×30=450$). If you wash your car more than twice this is a deal and a half. Clean car...clean ?”
“I have been a member of This car wash station for a long time..these past 3 -4 months that machines in the tunnel are getting oila10ll over the tires and wheels of the car. when I come out I have to clean and finish cleaning the car tires completely packed with oil that it’s releasing from inside the tunnel area as seen in the pictures attached. Please fix that. If it doesn’t I’ll take my money and my car somewhere where am valued as a costumer. Pictures are front and back. To the owner :Please fix this issue in the tunnel . I like it here .Edit: A phone number is Not going to get this resolved …..please get someone in there to fix that issue.Thanks.Update : Nov 11th, I just got my car washed and there was no oil on the tires. “It wasn't busy when I showed up which I liked. I only used it to try to knock off some of the tree sap that was on this car that's been sitting up for a couple years. It did not do it real good but it got some of it off. The quarters sure ago fast there”
“This is a great Car Wash...I go to both Madison and Huntsville.They had a special going onI paid $10 for a car washAnd the month was free!!!I love the little air sprayer,It gets all the dust out of your vents!!I sprayed my seats with the air sprayer, I couldn't believe how much DUST came out of my seats!!!!They have free Windex and rags to clean the inside of your car..I wish they would offer free Armor All like the othercar wash places do.It's a great car wash!!The EMPLOYEES at Huntsville and Madison,Were super nice and helpful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I will be back mainly because the employees were exceptionally nice!!!!!!”

“Took my new Ford Maverick for its first full wash. Over 2000 miles of driving highways, back roads, mud driveways and construction sites made for quite a nasty truck. Extreme clean took every bit of it off, save for the wheel wells (which I prefer cleaning myself), and made the truck look brand new off-the-lot clean. Thanks guys ????”
