“The free car wash is a great promotion! I’ve never done the best car wash before because I’ve always just done good. . . When I come back, it’s definitely worth getting the best car wash. Love it!”

“I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Watercress! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They make sure to really scrub your car before even entering the wash, ensuring that your car comes out sparkling every time!
I was a little skeptical about the cleaning supplies as it seemed a little lackluster, but I can confidently say they have all the things necessary to get your interior top notch. My favorite feature is probably the mat cleaner, which includes a water feature for weather teach mats. I also love the design of the vacuums; they are tapered at the end making it easy to get in those hard to reach spots.
All in all, it is a great car wash and I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!”

“They washed and cleaned the inside of my 25 Camry today. They took their time and did a very detailed and professional job. When the guy told me the price, I had to ask again, because I was expecting it to be 2x as much. Great value and service.”
“The place has a friendly staff, I am able to get right in and the detail supplies are excellent. Great job, thanks to all of you.
Special thanks to Leann, Alivia, and Naiah (sorry for the spelling) for showing true customer service. Thank you again.”
“I have gone to Nissan of Hsv many times and I have not bought there yet, they have been so nice and kind. The last Sales person was Janelle, she was super sweet and kind.”
“I can’t say enough great things about Lance at Mercedes-Benz! This is my second vehicle purchase with him, and once again he delivered an exceptional, smooth, and stress-free experience.
From start to finish, Lance was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly had my best interest in mind. He made the entire process seamless, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. No pressure, no hassle—just excellent customer service.
Buying a car can be overwhelming, but Lance makes it easy and enjoyable. That’s exactly why I came back to him for my second purchase, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier Mercedes experience.
Thank you, Lance, for another amazing transaction—I absolutely love my new vehicle!”

“Still love this car wash! It’s been one of the best ever since it opened! Love the multiple locations as well. I’ve gotten to know the employees here at this location on university and they always do a great job. There’s a guy in the detailing side named David Jones and if he wipes down your car down before it goes to the detailer, he’s A+! He takes extra time to get it really dry all over and gets all the hard to gets areas like mirrors, door handles and back of vehicle which is really appreciated. Thank you for going over and above every time I come David!
Would love to add that I just came again today and Andrew the site manager did my wipe down before my polish and he always goes way over and above. I’m just very grateful for the hard workers that you guys here! Great job everyone and the main reason you guys remain the best car wash in North Alabama!”
“Great job on my Grand Cherokee. 13 years old and a 1/4 million miles and he made it look great again. Wish I’d brought it in sooner.

“After driving 10 hours with two GSPs, my interior was COVERED in dirt & dog hair. The outside had 1,000 bugs between the dash and grill. Within 2 hours of calling, they showed up & provided GREAT service in a timely and professional manner. The inside and outside of my 4runner looks like it just left the lot.”

“Amazing car wash! I took my organization's F-450 to the self service station and the owner came over to make sure I understood the tools and gave me tips to remove harder to remove dirt. I've told my organization this is the only location I will take our truck and they agree after seeing the results.”
“easton and his team doing a great job. with my busy schedule, i needed somewhere with safe, effective brushes. just don’t have time for a hand wash every week. love the monthly subscription—just two washes / month and it’s more than paid for and i’m doing more than that.”
“I don’t know why some other people rated this car wash low. Susan seems like somebody that would send their steak back three times. This car wash was great. I’m from out of town and stopped to clean up one of my vehicles. Everything worked as is should. I used the card readers and they worked perfectly every time. I thought the place was nice and clean. I wish we had a car wash this nice where I’m from.”

“Just love Extreme Clean. I get the monthly pass and don't go crazy but vehicle is usually clean, everyone is very nice and pass is only $30 per month for a 15$ Platinum wash every time yo go, so do the math this is a no brainer (15×30=450$). If you wash your car more than twice this is a deal and a half. Clean car...clean ?”
