“If I was just rating the employees I would be giving Friend Bank a five star rating. The people that work at Friend bank are helpful whenever I have a problem or a question. I always feel welcomed when I come there for my banking needs. The only con is the technology being used there probably needs to be updated. I have sat there for 10 to 15 minutes waiting for the computer to respond to a simple task. It is not only frustrating for the employees but also for the bank customers. Sometimes they have to switch areas due to malfunctioning computer equipment like check readers and printers. To be honest the computers seem to be the main problem whenever I have visited the bank. It really concerns me because most of the banking information is done mostly by computers. The employees there are always a wonderful part of my week and I hope that maybe voicing my concerns will help make someone aware of this ongoing frustration.”
