“Great family and adult activities especially their Group fitness instructors being so engaging, friendly and energetic to aide pushing your workout goals and fun. Sports activities are plentiful especially for youth gaining experience in soccer, volleyball, basketball, etc. Be sure to volunteer coach or assist to give back to the community and future potential athletes. Our daughters have attended summer camps for over 10years full of enriched experiences and caring counselors.. You're gonna love it!”

“I am cleared to do water exercise. This Y has several forms offered. There are 2 coaches presenting programs Monday through Friday. . The pool is wonderfully warm for therapeutic exercise. Prattville has another Y also. It offers more programs for other purposes. Both are available to all Prattville YMCA members. I love the variety of programs. I feel there is something here for everyone. The building is well maintained and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.”

“I've been going to place for quite a while now. They have classes you can attend for exercises. They do not have a swimming pool though. Theirs another YMCA that's close. You could go there to swim.”
“MACOA is an efficiently run organization. Donations go to feed elderly, needy people. Give financial aid and/or deliver meals and you will be blessed. Proverbs 22:9 says generous people will be blessed when they provide food for the poor.”
