“Honest, fair, and genuinely helpful! I’ve been to a few pawn shops over the years, but this place stands out. The staff were friendly and straightforward from the moment I walked in. It was no pressure, no games. I brought in a few pieces and they gave me a fair appraisal and explained exactly how they arrived at their offer. I felt respected as a customer, not just someone to hustle.
The shop itself is well-organized and surprisingly clean, with a great selection of items ranging from tools and electronics to handbags and jewelry. I ended up browsing for way longer than I planned and found a great deal on a handbag that I absolutely love!
Whether you’re looking to sell, pawn, or just browse for a bargain, I’d highly recommend stopping by. The store manager, Kiana, is very down to earth and funny, but professional and respectful altogether. These guys clearly take pride in what they do and treat every customer with integrity. “Just started getting into shooting this year and have been to several ranges in Illinois. High Caliber is by far my favorite place so far. The staff is awesome, very knowledgeable, and always welcoming. I like the range so much I took my father to high caliber for our CCL course. Instructor was great made the class fun and interactive. Range is very clean and bright. If I lived locally I would buy the membership it is well worth the price and the member ranges are nicer. Great place to range shoot. I love the selection of rentals they offer too. You can try out most types before you decide to buy.”
