SpringHill Suites Montgomery Prattville/Millbrook

Hotels
SpringHill Suites Montgomery Prattville/Millbrook is a modern, clean, and spacious hotel that offers a comfortable stay for guests. The rooms are new and reflect their freshness, with features like wonderful bathrooms, central air conditioning, a desk with a chair, a coffee corner, and a mini fridge. Some rooms have a sleeper sofa, making them suitable for families or groups. The bathrooms are clean, though some guests note the absence of a bathroom door, which they find significant for privacy and heat retention during showers. The hotel provides a safe environment with free parking and is a good choice for a stopover or short stay. The breakfast includes standard options like bread, bagels, oats, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit yogurt, coffee, and tea, though some guests felt it was just average with no fresh fruits available. The staff are highly praised for their excellent customer service and willingness to go beyond expectations to ensure guest comfort. One staff member in particular received a special shoutout for her helpfulness during breakfast service. However, some guests experienced issues with responsiveness via the hotel’s app, especially regarding late check-out requests, which were not always confirmed or accommodated as expected. Despite this, overall, the hotel is appreciated for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient amenities, making it a reliable choice for travelers.
