“We travel A LOT every weekend so we encounter many hotel/motels and this one by far has some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time! The lady at check in was so friendly and very informative about the area. It's not that we encounter bad service but this ladys personality went above and beyond and was really nice to experience! We will most definitely return to this hotel for any trips to Millbrook!! As far as the rooms, they are clean and well kept as well as quiet! I would highly recommend this place!”
“Our room was one that recently been renovated, it was clean and fresh looking. The smell other reviews have mentioned was only in the lobby area. It definitely was overpowering. The check-in clerk could barely understand English.”

“Surprisingly more affordable than similar hotels in the greater Millbrook-Prattvillle area. Super clean, neat and comfortable accommodations. Firm bed, soft pillows, clean, soft towels. Slightly troublesome (heavy traffic) to access - but patience wins the race.”
