I cannot say enough wonderful things about 79 Fifty Nine West Apartments. From the very first moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed.

Autumn, the property manager, is truly phenomenal. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care immediately stood out to me. She greeted me with such warmth and grace, and she took the time to listen to my concerns as a parent. My twin daughters were searching for their first apartment. They had already been approved somewhere else, but I did not feel comfortable with the location. As a mother of 19-year-old twin girls, safety and a well-kept community were extremely important to me.

When I visited 79 Fifty Nine West, I could instantly see how clean, well-maintained, and peaceful the property was. Autumn patiently explained the entire application process and made everything easy to understand. Her calm and reassuring demeanor made me feel confident that this would be a safe and welcoming place for my daughters to live.

During the application process we had a small hiccup that required us to update some information. Autumn happened to be out of the office that day, and I had the opportunity to meet Tabitha, the Director. Tabitha was just as attentive, professional, and kind. She listened carefully to my concerns and helped guide me through the next steps so we could complete the process. I truly appreciated how supportive and patient she was.

Both Autumn and Tabitha showed such outstanding customer service. They were friendly, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping us through the process. It made such a difference.

My daughters officially moved into their apartment on March 9, 2026, and they absolutely love it. The location is great, the community feels safe, and the property is beautifully maintained.

As a mother, having peace of mind about where your children live means everything. Thanks to the amazing team at 79 Fifty Nine West, I truly feel comfortable knowing my girls are in a wonderful community.
