“Haven't stayed here in about 4 years, and as my last review, nothing has changed. That's a good thing because everything was excellent, as was 4 years ago. Great staff, to the guys in valet parking. Great job. You certainly deserve more respect than what, hopefully, are only a very few give you. As I said 4 years ago to the ones that have any complaints, well, if you can't afford to stay at such a classy historical gem, then don't stay here. Excellent job, everyone.”

“I just moved out of these apartments after 2 years. I absolutely loved the community. The apartments are very clean and they have great amenities. The staff always fulfill the maintenance requests promptly and I have never had any major issues while working with them. Of course, there are small things that every apartment tenant has to deal with, but overall, great place to live and very safe apartment complex!”

“One of the best places to stay in Mobile ! Management is very active in making Midtown 250 a place you can truly enjoy outside of having a safe place to stay ! Maintenance is prompt on addressing issues and Ms.Marshall is the best ! As a person coming from someone with bare minimum management this place is a dream ❤️”
