“I have had a NIGHTMARE of an experience with my Acura dealing when a repair that was botched by another shop. They originally pointed the finger at Acura for the issues, which later was proven that Acura had done everything right. After tons of headache and back and forth, they have been so helpful in easing my stress with the situation. I can't say enough about the service manager and the service technician who worked on my TLX. It was to the point where I was having to sue the other shop for negligence, and Acura was able to provide me with videos and images as they took apart the poorly done repairs to make sure I had everything I needed to fight my fight. They have completely restored my that in the brand itself, but more than that, in honesty of dealerships and shops in general. I've learned a hard lesson through all this, and definitely won't be going anywhere else in the future to have my work done. It's worth paying a little more to have it done right the first time. 10/10 recommend their service department to everyone through. Good, honest people who treat you like you matter.”
“I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Mobile Alabama! While I was on vacation, my truck broke down, and they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. Even though their schedule was full, they squeezed me in right away, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got me back on the road.
Their mechanic Evo, was absolutely fantastic. His skill, dedication, and determination to figure out the issue were truly impressive. I’ve been dealing with different Mercedes Benz dealers for over 40 years, and I can confidently say that Evo's mechanical expertise is among the best I’ve ever seen.

“After a tire blowout in TX where the tread flew off like a recap, we decided to get all new tires on our 2023 Ford 350 Coachman Class B with 40000 miles. I called from the road and Josh was great about recommending the correct tires for us and ordering 7 for us to be installed today at 7 30 when they opened. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were back on the road less than 2 hours later!! Thanks very much....we're now in Florida on our way home and won't miss any important appointments because of this unforeseen delay.”

“I had a flat tire on my way in to work today and after calling around Fausek were the first tire shop I found that could get my tire size in today, same day. The tires arrived late from their truck but the techs did a fantastic job of knocking out all 4 shoes in record time! I drive truck and was able to Coordinate with Mason very easily to find tires that matched my preferred criteria and budget as well as receive my car from a tow truck while I was 234 miles north making a delivery. For a stressful day it was eased with these guys helpfulness and professalism. Thank you for making a crap day a little easier fellas!”

“For the record, I called a different towing service first. After 15 minutes of confusing conversation and Q&A, I hung up. I called the next one up, International 24/7. He asked two simple questions: One, where are you. Two, what kind and color of vehicle. I asked, when ETA, he said 30 minutes. Arrived in 27 minutes. Professional, courteous. Flatbed roll on, perfect for my son's Mustang GT. This was Tuesday the 27th 2024 at 9:15 in very west Mobile at new Publix grocery. I asked for a kept a card and put this company in my contacts. Highly recommend them. Highly.”

“I was traveling from Florida to Louisiana. My jeep overheated after driving through the Mobile tunnel. I pulled over and checked online for nearby car care services. Fortunately, Downtown Car Care was suggested. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. I also had noted that my brakes were noisy. They replaced pads, rotors, and brake fluid. They worked very hard to get me on my way quickly. The bill was very reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough. If I lived in Mobile, I would go back for all of my car care needs.”
