Upon their initial test drive and inspection, Jonathan’s initial diagnosis was confirmed. The repair was completed in the low end of the initial quoted time frame and for a price well within the initial quoted price range.The car was picked up two days ago and is performing great. “Billy was in charge of fixing my F250. The rear end went out Billy told me a price that I felt was very fair. He basically kept to his time table. I received my truck and it sounded and drove like new. I have been driving it for a couple weeks and I am impressed. I have not had a vehicle or anything fixed by anyone pretty much ever. This job was a bit out of my comfort zone. I feel like I got a good price and top notch work.I will say these these guys are busy and the front desk portion of this business leaves a lot to be desired. One great woman answers the phone and has to chase mechanics down with no real answers sometimes. Just be prepared for a less than impressive communication and great mechanic work. All in all a good experience with very fair pricing and excellent work.”

“I was on my way to a conference in Mobile, on a Friday afternoon, when my car started jumping, shaking, and all the dash lights came on. Luckily, I was in front of this Goodyear, and was able to pull over.It was a situation where they could have gouged me for a LOT, because I was from out of town, I'm a woman, the weekend was imminent, and they probably knew they were basically my only hope at the moment.But a very kind gentleman examined my car, explained EXACTLY what was wrong, gave me a VERY reasonable estimate (for spark plugs and fuel line flush), and told me it would be ready in a couple of hours. WOW!Call it serendipity, call it my guardian angel, call it luck, or whatever... but this could have happened on the side of the road in NOWHERE Alabama on the way home Sunday. But right in front of Goodyear 10 minutes from the hotel!Goodyear guys, I can't thank you enough for your skill, kindness, and "reasonably priced-ness"!”
