Totally rundown & unkempt grounds & rooms. Cheap for a reason! Better than sleeping in the car! Rooms however we're clean.

yeah, they’ve got a couple roaches and the water was turned off when we got there, but they let us check in early, we got the rooms we expected, and we had a wonderful stay. you get what you pay for. the staff i interacted with were kind and hospitable. the long term residents kept to themselves.
