“This was our first time in Mobile Alabama and Alabama in general and the Hampton Inn & Suites definitely made it an amazing experience! It was perfectly located in downtown where everything was walkable. Coming into Alabama I chatted with Raelon going into the hotel early in the morning and I gotta say that out of a lot of people in Hilton she was one of the only ones that actually read the notes to my reservation and also acknowledged my special request. So definitely shout out to her for making sure to make my stay as memorable as possible! When I finally got to the hotel I was greeted by one of the most nicest ladies at the front desk and her name was Temika and she was as sweet as can be! She gave me a recommendation of where to go in downtown to eat and she also made sure that my room was ready by the time I had to check in. We did come in a few hours early what she made sure that we can go ahead and Park so that we don't have to drive and Park anywhere else in downtown. That gesture meant a lot to us specially since we are carrying a lot of stuff for our vacation for the next day. Next thing was the room and for a Hampton inn & Suites I was very very impressed with the quality of the room that we stayed in it was a balcony suite in the view is amazing as well as the wrap-around balcony. The breakfast was nothing too special almost the same as every Hampton inn I've been in but it was hot fresh ready to go when we came down for breakfast. I wish we could stay longer but it wasn't really in our plans as we were going to Gulf shores the next day but at least I got to experience mobile and a fraction of what it has to offer! The Hilton Hampton inn definitely made it a big plus for me and my wife and will definitely be the place we stay at when we do come back to visit and stay longer!”
“A wonderful place to stay. Its the beginning of the off season so it was very quite which was nice. The location and building is beautiful. Staff is very friendly. We came here because of the ghost stories but unfortunately did not encounter any but another guest mentioned something grabbing her foot. The other unfortunately thing was we only stayed one night but fully plan on returning for a longer stay. The court yard is a dream and so peaceful. I dont think they have air-conditioning in the rooms but the fan helped and it was rather comfortable. Showers run very hot! Short walking distance to where everything is happening. Most of the town is closed on sundays though but plenty still open.”

“When the Hilton computer system went down worldwide Melissa saved the day! She went above and beyond to get me a room and make sure that I was comfortable after a very long drive and being very frazzled when I was turned down at the Homewood inn and suits. across the street because they don't have the capability of taking manual reservations.
Melissa is a true example of what outstanding customer service is and I will forever be grateful for her and the Hampton Inn.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the **absolutely amazing staff!** Every single employee we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
From the front desk and cleaning staff to the manager, everyone greeted us with a smile and took the time to ask how our stay was going. That kind of personal attention really stood out and made us feel welcomed and appreciated.
And Nicole at the front desk deserves 10 stars! Her restaurant recommendations were fantastic and made finding a great place to eat so easy. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
It’s rare to find a hotel where every employee seems genuinely happy to be there and happy to help, and it makes such a difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with truly exceptional hospitality!

“Convenient location,but make sure ypu go to the right Holiday Inn,the 1st one you pass is not the one.the entry way for the right hotel has blue lights on it.the receptionist was very kind and efficient. The room is very clean,bedding fresh and crisp.fridge,microwave,tv,iron.only wished for a bathtub and not just a shower,bathroom also very clean.modern decor and appliances and plug ins.continental breakfast with many choices.do not base your decision on years old reviews,hotel is updated and very nice.”

“The location is great along I-10. The rooms could be improved some as well as the front entrance with new mulch/rock/plants. The breakfast was decent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!”
“Essentially a 4.5 overall and generally speaking, a very enjoyable experience. We’re Hilton Honors members but had never visited Mobile. This was in a quiet area with no road noise, yet close to a shopping district and convenient to downtown. The whole property was spotless, room and public areas. Rondia at the desk was especially welcoming, polite and personable. Other staff were friendly as well. Bit of pre-dawn noise from other rooms but that happens everywhere, and the breakfast was virtually empty when I arrived nearly an hour before it closed. May have been poor timing (and a gent ahead of me took gluttonous portions of several items, emptying them for anyone else). I waited a bit for staff to restock but no one was around. That would be my one and only point of constructive feedback. Would stay here again the next time visiting Mobile.”

“Exactly what you would expect from a La Quinta. Clean, nice, shower is hot. Lots of noise from backyard construction. I didn't feel comfortable letting my teenager swim alone. The construction workers kept flirting with some of the other teenage guests. It's almost 20:00 hours and they're still going.”

“Edited: Tbh not sure how these things work, but because I had to check in later than expected, notified them in booking, I didn't get an amenity I had booked with the reservation. I had reserved and payed for a 1 king non-smoking room with a fridge. No fridge. We had to throw away our food we packed in the ice chest from 17 hours ago. Was not very happy about it.. but what can you do? EDIT: aside from that.. the room was spacious and ac was pretty good. The shower worked well. Still an affordable place to stay.”

“My husband and I drove 4 hours from home to Mobile to go to Winter Jam concert and we stayed in this hotel Sunday night with no problems at all and front desk was very friendly to us excellent service. No coffee pot in room but that’s no big deal to us we took our little small one from home and brewed our own coffee. They have free WiFi and free breakfast. I don’t care what anyone else says or thinks about this place in reviews it was great and if and when we ever come back we will come stay here again.”

“The hotel wasn't bad. They only gave us 1 key card. The gym was pretty nice, but the pool was closed for the majority of our visit. The breakfast had a decent variety.
The staff were moderately friendly. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Overall, the hotel was decent. But I honestly wouldn't recommend Mobile as a place to go.
The one thing that I really did love though - the TV allowed us to sign into our streaming accounts. I really wish more places would do that!”

“All the staff members we have encountered so far have been so kind and have great customer service! The room is great! We have a beautiful view of the water, the USS Alabama battleship and the USS United States until it leaves the port. The Amtrak station, The Perdido Queen, The convention center and The Maritime museum are right across from the hotel, too. In the room, the bed and sofa are both comfortable. The train decor is really neat! We had a great stay and hope to come again when we visit Mobile next time.”
