“Stayed here for 4 nights. We were upgraded into a larger room upon arrival. Larger room was awesome. Tons of room, kitchenette (think all rooms have coffee/mini fridge/microwave - but we also had a big counter), desk, couch. Hot breakfast in morning. Wish they left the water filler on and available all day, but only working during breakfast hours. Was always greeted nicely. Quiet and FANTASTIC location. Valet only. Right downtown, near Brown, pizza place and The Arcade with more food options right across the street. Very walkable. Would certainly stay here again.”

“The room was clean and well maintained, the bed was firm, but comfortable. The lady at the front desk was helpful and just so very sweet (I wish I could remember her name)! Others staying at the hotel were quiet and respectful of the others staying here which was also very nice.Just a heads up that during "rush hour" it will take you closer to 30 minutes to get to the airport instead of the normal 10 minutes it would usually take otherwise.All in all it was a great place to stay!”

“I am giving this hotel a five star because of the fantastic customer service we received. Our Airbnb cancelled on us two hours from checking in as we were traveling back from Texas to see my son off for his deployment and headed back to Florida. We had a toddler in the car and my daughter is six months pregnant. All of this in the middle of a hot summer! When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with friendly smiling faces and immediately checked into a room. The staff helped us with our bags and getting into the elevator. After we were in the room for a bit we realized the floor under the air conditioner was soaking wet and it was humid in the room. When I went to the front desk the lady apologized and immediately moved us to a better room where we slept very comfortably. Yes this place needs a little work and does have a funny smell but to me, great customer service means ALOT. When I went up to the counter to check out the lady was very sweet and called me beautiful”

But what I really enjoyed it was tuck in a hide away spot from all of the hustle and bustle from noises the goes on. Other words in my opinion it was the perfect hide away for my husband and I.”

“Incredible stay! Hard to decide what was more decadent, the afternoon massages pool side by the Swedish, in house professional or the five star meals presented by their highly trained staff. Immaculately clean. Incredibly posh. The owners were beyond gracious and went as far as to have comped me and darling Buffy an exquisite and rare bottle of Pinot. From the caught daily blackened Snapper to the Eggs Cathedral, not a single detail was overlooked. Do yourself a favor and come see for yourself. Highly recommend and will be returning.”

“My husband stays here while working in Mobile and I spent a week with him recently. All the staff are extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The AGM James is extremely good at his job and goes well out of his way to give guests a great experience. Housekeeping is fast and efficient, the front desk attendants are helpful and enthusiastic, and the morning and evening meal staff are just a ray of sunshine and always so pleasant and sweet to guests. It's a very nice and well run hotel, but the staff make the whole experience that much better. We will now only stay here when visiting the Mobile area.”

“Very comfortable bed. Nice room overall. Modern bathroom fixtures. Stayed here while doing Storm duty. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Full gym with several machines, dumbbells (up to 60 lbs), treadmills, ellipticals. Plenty of space for other activities like jumping rope. Several restaurants close by.”

“I rented from this Hotel a long time ago when it was under another name so I was unsure of staying here because it use to be pretty run down. Well not anymore! There rooms were clean, they had upgraded furniture and I was super surprised. I will definitely stay again and would tell anyone who wants to find a room for a decent price that is comfortable and clean to stay here. The front desk people have been super courteous as well as the housekeepers.Nearby activities: You are nearby all kinds of restaurants and also shopping centers. U can find things to do also without having to drive far.Walkability: U can walk to quite of bit of places in the area.”
