“We love supporting our West Mobile businesses. I came to Big Tuna today on my off day because my girls love the car wash. For some reason my card would not work in their debit card reader (I tried on both machines) and the nicest gentleman came over to help me. He couldn’t get my card to work either and gave me a complimentary car wash. It wasn’t something he had to do and I offered to go get cash to bring back. He even recommended me bringing the girls at night because of all the lights. I will definitely be back to buy their membership. Customer service isn’t like that anymore, so thank you Big Tuna!”

Even gave us a car freshener and a towel to wipe the excess water off. Wish this was in Mississippi. If you're thinking about this place, try it. You won't be disappointed.”

“I usually take the time to wash and clean my car by myself, but whenever I just don't feel like it or in the colder seasons I always take my car here. Of course the outside of your car gets washed, but they have guys vacuum the car and at the end a whole crew wipes down the windows and the interior of your vehicle. I usually go for the $17 minimum option and it's 110% worth it compared to me taking at least 2 hours out of my day or even more to do it to the same standard.”

“Tip the wax attendants! They will never ask for it and there's certainly not a "jar or sign" anywhere! These folks hand dry your vehicle before waxing and do your tires/rims after the wax! I only go to this location.”

“I read through several of the reviews and it seems that most poor reviews were because he didnt show. I am hoping that was a glitch in his online appointment booking service, that has since been ironed out. We used the online booking service and he showed up and sent a confirmation text that morning (I do wish the confirmation text went out the night before but being a small business owner I get juggling many things). As far as the quality of service, I have never experienced anything so excellent. We paid for a great service and got a step above great. Our car was a disaster. I let our boys eat in the car (I have three boys) and we also take our dog to the park - so we are a traveling pigpen. Lynwood was kind, nonjudgemental and got right to work. The job he did on our car was beyond reproach. The very best detailing service I have ever gotten. My boys went out and sat in the car afterwards saying how great it looked. It did really look like a new car. He is extremely dedicated to detail. I would highly suggest giving him another chance to wow you. We paid AND tipped him it looked so good. FYI, this is our second time using him and both time we scheduled online and he showed up and is such a hard worker.”

“Updated from my last visit here. I usually go pretty early in the mornings after I drop my daughter off at the bus stop and it is much, much nicer than it used to be. New carwash, brand new vacuums and it is clean. Also the owner or property manager has made their presence known the last couple of times I have been there which is nice especially if you were to have some sort of issue during your visit, at least they have been there the last several times I have been there to clean my car. I usually visit the bigger car washes but this is a nice change and conveniently , it is on my daily route so I can stop in on my way home without going out of my way. Nice upgrade guys! Will be returning!???? ? ”
