About Dawes Kwik Klean
Updated from last visit, the carwash has new carwash, brand new vacuums and is clean. The owner or property manager has been present during several visits, which is nice when an issue arises. It is a simple self serve car wash that is less busy than most others in Mobile and does not have line. They can stop on their daily route without going out of their way. One person put $12 and the owner came over to help, started working and put another 10 minutes on time. The carwash needs some repairs but gets the job done. The owner’s presence and upgrades make it a nice change and they will be returning.

The drive thru cleaner isn't the best, but its ok. My problem is I've received the $10 wash twice, I was charged $10 on my card, each time, then the payment was updated to $15 a couple of days later, both times! There is NO contact info for these issues, I don't have money to give away. The last time was my last time.

No hot water, no drying nozzle. Yet another shitty self serve wash in Mobile.

I inserted cash into the auto carwash and the automated voice told me to pull forward, but the carwash didn't work. There is no phone number to call for reimbursement. Great scam!
