I was the first to warn of the collection of Sociopaths at the Tillman Corner Location. Not only did I receive Crappy Customer Service, the Representative tried to get me Caugh up in Litigation.
The manager backed her up to the police by Bearing False Witness, which is a mortal Sin.
I already Reported the entire incident to Corporate affairs, Corporate blamed me the Customer, allegedly always right. Man, I made a Big big big mistake, switching from Metro to Cricket to begin with. Then I get a Severe Emotional Damage Employee.
Ok, it's was pre Christmas when I made my purchase , I went back from Technical Support, when I encountered this black girl Imside the store. An argument ensued, she went Outside took a picture of my License plate then Demanded that I leave. When I Refused she summoned a couple of family members to come to the Location and Deal with me. Family members arrive, threatening my Safety, so I call local Law Enforcement. I make my report after she makes hers, which was completely fabricated. I was told to leave and never return to that location.
Later on I got to reflect on the situation thinking, " Oh WOW, she was going to Rippoff the Store, get phones for all of her friends and family for Christmas then make me the FALLGUY, until I stood my ground. I would not have known until the first time I was pulled over, to discover I'm wanted for Theft at Cricket wireless Hwy 90 location. I think that is DIABOLICAL.
Every time I drive past there now, I drive on the wrong side of the Hwy. It's safer that away, I am no longer with Cricket wireless.
Those employees are still active there at that Location.

Can we please get better associates at this location because their customer service skills is non existence and I have been coming to this store for three years and have YET been serviced by an associate that was pleasant and every time you come in they are ALWAYS on their personal phone and act like you interrupted their day. I’m so tired of this store. For now on I’ll just pay online

Can we please get better associates at this location because their customer service skills is non existence and I have been coming to this store for three years and have YET been serviced by an associate that was pleasant and every time you come in they are ALWAYS on their personal phone and act like you interrupted their day. The store across town told me my phone was no good sim card needed updated etc etc ...next day I went to this store and they did an update on my phone and it fixed my issues!!! Best cricket reps in mobile

Just bought another cricket phone haven't had it 2 weeks and the phone is acting stupid called the store and they said call customer service I did and customer service even said something wrong with the phone I'm going back to the store to see what kind in store warranty my phone has If this don't work I'll be changing services for good

The manager is great. He was helpful and fast in activating new connection. Explained everything. However, when I visited an hour after that, the lady there wasn’t helping and was fully focused on her phone that answering questions.

This store has TERRIBLE customer service. The lady inside this location was rude & on her personal cell phone the entire time I was in there. After I had left the store I had an issue with my phone so I went right back in there. She wouldn't even look at phone to try and help me.
