The store across town told me my phone was no good sim card needed updated etc etc ...next day I went to this store and they did an update on my phone and it fixed my issues!!! Best cricket reps in mobile

The manager is great. He was helpful and fast in activating new connection. Explained everything. However, when I visited an hour after that, the lady there wasn’t helping and was fully focused on her phone that answering questions.
