I like the customer service, at Extra Space.. No matter when I go to look in my storage , to put something there , or to get something it’s always clean. It’s never been nasty or anything on the floors or outside , and the employees are always cordial. I feel safe when I go, and that means a lot to me.

I have had a storage unit at Extra Space for several years. It has been a great experience and I have had no problems. Venita is always very helpful and answers any questions I have. The entire facility is immaculate! Their online assistance is amazing also!
