“We used Airport 1 climate control storage in west Mobile since they opened and our items stayed just like we stored them years ago! I can’t say that about the non climate controlled competitor we used. When we used the competition, we had to throw everything away due to rat infestations.
We will definitely use AirPort 1 storage again!!”

“Simple storage facility in terms of navigation and location. Not so simple to get ahold of. I’ve tried calling them many times over the past couple of months to make a change to my account that I cannot do through the app, and they will not pick up. I’ve left voicemails and everything. I’m being charged extra for a feature that I no longer need and I cannot get ahold of anyone to make the change.
Edit: They did get ahold of me after seeing my review. The lady was super nice and helpful and solved my problem. I updated my review to four stars, still not five stars simply because it is a bit finicky trying to get a hold of them through the listed phone number.”
