“I usually don’t leave a review because I feel it’s just a waste of time but if I don’t leave a review for the service I got from this storage and it’s managements then I’m being ungrateful especially to Darline (I don’t know if I spelt the name right ?). This lady is so sweet and very helpful. She’s always ready to help from the day I got the storage back in September. 10 months now and everything I left in the storage is intact and same as they were, no damage or stolen items. Unfortunately, I left my keys to the storage in Virginia and flew down here to move my stuff. This lady took upon to herself to cut the lock for me while I could’ve done that myself. She said “I got it, I did this before.” She’s very helpful and hold good conversations. Very open-minded woman and who’s down for everyone. I’ll always recommend this storage to friends and God bless y’all hearts for such a great love.”

Every time I went everything was kept up and clean. Their prices are competitive with other businesses. I have a Lawncare business and this is where I kept all my equipment. So as a customer, I would pull in and out on a daily basis, so nobody knows better than me. I used to be up there all the time. “I don’t like to score someone low on this because it really messes up the ratings. Ladies are very nice but phone calls after you leave the office insane! they started calling my phone non stop about an hour after I left and since I was in the middle of moving and it’s literally 110 degrees outside I thought I’d call them back when I was done. That didn’t work they then started calling my emergency contact numbers for them to call me so I stopped what I was doing to be told 1. My drivers license is expired (which they never gave back to me) 2. Wanted to know if I received my email from them I had to let her know I wasn’t worried about checking my email after I left there office she asked if I would check it and let her know if it had come through. The point I’m trying to get to is please make sure they have EVERYTHING they need from you before you leave because if they don’t they are going to call you non-stop until you talk to them and even after you do and tell them your coming back they will call you again before you get there and again after you leave. If i’m going to get numerous calls every day I might have to go somewhere else a storage shed is just not that important to warrant 15 calls in one day. Ladies were NEVER RUDE by any means just wasn’t a good time to be bothered so much about an email”
