“Update: The store manager Doug was amazing and helped get everything fixed for us.
Went in to upgrade phone using based on an advertisement that stated that we would receive $830 off the price of a brand new phone. Was told we needed to upgrade to a different plan to qualify to get that promotion. Upgraded our plan got the phone and left. Apparently we were not upgraded to the correct plan and now we are paying nearly double what we were before because our plan cost more and we are paying for a financed phone that was supposed to be FREE!! Was told by T-Mobile customer service that they are sorry that the staff in the store lied to us and nothing can be done. Guess they’re willing to lie to get their money from their “valued customers”.”

Put both right back on VZW?Needed a little help with sim cards...so went in store, didn’t even get the guys name, we were in a hurry, but he was very helpful & got us setup Quick!”

“One thing about T-Mobile is their customer service has always been top of the line for me and my family we have never had any problems really and when I went in today February 18th 2025 immediately the workers are friendly and super helpful and they got me squared away within minutes they will take care of all your needs as fast as possible while still maintaining hi customer satisfaction one person in particular I believe is an assistant store manager named Ami and she really killed it because when I came in and I needed some assistance she jumped to the gun and during the calls with their customer support she was very intelligent about everything about T-Mobile and was very helpful and kept me informed by translating exactly what each term meant and making sure I was comfortable and knew exactly how things were moving the customer support that they had to call was really good put the way that they treat you in the store is better than a lot of other carriers that I have ever seen 500 out of 10 what always recommends”
