Wonderful experience purchasing our second Certified Cadillac from Joe Bullard. We no longer live in Mobile but drove from the MS Gulf Coast for their stellar customer service. We brought our Cadillac that is our secondary vehicle in for service. Some of the staff attempted to help, but they lack experience. After bringing the vehicle in twice they were not able to repair it. We will search out another repair shop and we will not return to Joe Bullard Cadillac as it was a most unsatisfactory experience.
