“Valerie Williams, did you offer the homeless men food, money for somewhere to sleep and get a shower? Did you offer them any help at all, or did you just pass judgment on these men because they are less fortunate. Just saying!!!! Maybe we should help instead of thinking we are so much better than people that are less fortunate. The laundromat was clean. Everything seemed to work as it should. The gentlemen in the parking lot were friendly. No complaints!!”

“Larger, more modern, and well maintained washers and dryers. Decent restroom. Open 24hrs. Accepts both cash and cards plus bonus coins offered for card payments. Cleanest facility I've visited. Ultra convenient location. Smaller than most but I've always had several machines of all sizes to choose from weekend having to wait AND the dryers are only $2 and my loads are dried through and through without fail. Best Laundromat I've patroned in Mobile ????”

“Left suit to be dry cleaned for a wedding and completely forgot to pick up. They were closed so I reached out on their Facebook site and asked if they could help. Owner responded immediately! Called me, met me at the cleaners and had it ready. Customer service above and beyond. I’ve used Port City for years and they’ve always done a great job but I never knew how far they go to please their customers. Highly recommend.”

114 South Florida Street, Mobile AL 36606
“This is my first time visiting this facility and it surprised me how much things change I like the fact that after midnight their dryers and washers are half price as advertised on their website and that you can use a paycard instead of having to get a bunch of quarters to put in the machines and carry around also that it's reloadable even with a debit or credit card I didn't even mind paying the dollar fee for a new card just because I never have one before I would recommend this facility to anyone the only downside is there was no air conditioning which is understandable cuz once you have a bunch of dryers going air conditioning will be obsolete only recommendation is having more ceiling fans for better air circulation”

“Clean and brand new machines upper class neighborhood and a bar nextdoor only downside is it's a lil pricey $9 to wash on different size machines $3 for 30 minutes on the big dryers and $2 425 on a small everything works very well”
